Berry Bliss Splish Splash Smoothie
Who said eating healthy couldn’t be creamy and delicious?!
Packed with protein, fiber and deliciousness, this smoothie will get your day off right!
(IDEAL FOR ANYONE ON A LOW SUGAR DIET)
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups dairy free milk (almond, coconut or hemp)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup kale
Blend ingredients in a blender
Top with 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
